ABSTRACT

Nonconvulsive status epilepticus is a clinical condition accompanied by defects at different levels of consciousness and original electrographic findings. In the present report, different aspects of clinical entity due to a patient during 1-year follow-up are emphasized. We believe that successful administration of general anesthesia during treatment, and improvement in clinical and electrographic findings can provide an important contribution to an understanding of the disease.
